While everybody's lauding The Materialists as the return of the rom-com—down to its very early aughts-style voiceover narration in its trailer—I found myself mesmerized by the movie poster itself. Forget the plot, the substance, the Pedro Pascal/Dakota Johnson/Chris Evans love triangle: I did a double-take over the fashion.

More specifically, the ring Johnson's sporting in the promotional posters and stills. It isn't a massive rock; it's a dainty silver band with heart charms dangling from it. A nod to the put-a-charm-on-it trend that's taken over 2025's accessories, albeit understated and elevated.

It's perfectly in line with the "professional but approachable" vibe costume designer Katina Danabassis set out to achieve with Johnson's look in the movie. It's a little whimsical, given the hearts, but not as in-your-face cheeky as, say, a Labubu monster joy-riding off of a Bottega Veneta bag.

Clearly, I'm not the only one transfixed by this accessory. There's a whole Reddit thread devoted to people searching for an exact match. While it's said to be a thrift store find, I set out to find the closest match I could—and share it with you, of course, in case you're searching too.
