Meghan Markle isn’t done celebrating her daughter’s birthday just yet. On June 4, Princess Lilibet turned four, and the Duchess of Sussex has been honoring the occasion with a steady stream of heartfelt (and seriously adorable) posts. First, we got rare black-and-white snaps of Meghan and Lilibet cuddling, followed by sweet father-daughter moments with Prince Harry. And now? Meghan just dropped a new video clip that includes a very unexpected surprise: both Meghan and Harry are twerking.

Yes, really.

In the video, Meghan is seen in a hospital room during her pregnancy, dressed in a chic, sleeveless black dress with buttons down the back—because yes, you can be pregnant and stylish. Then, Starrkeisha’s viral anthem “The Baby Momma Dance” starts playing… and out come the dance moves from both mom and dad. Cue Meghan swaying and Harry jumping in with full dad-energy choreography.

But this was more than just a fun dance moment. According to Meghan’s caption, the dancing actually served a purpose.

"Four years ago today, this also happened," she wrote. "Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work—there was only one thing left to do!"

Spoiler: it worked.

If you’re surprised to see the Duke and Duchess busting moves, you clearly missed the viral moment from August 2024, when the couple was filmed salsa dancing during a trip to Colombia. So yes, this isn’t their first rodeo—and based on the video, they’ve got rhythm.

Whether or not it was doctor-approved, their “Baby Momma Dance” definitely delivered.

Happy birthday again, Lili—and thank you, Meghan, for the royal content I didn’t know I needed.
